Lorri Rodriguez is celebrating 15 years with Florence Copper—a career marked by growth, dedication, and strong ties to the community.
Lorri joined the company in 2011 as an Administrative Assistant and has since grown into her current role in accounting, where she supports key financial operations. In those early days, the team was small. “We wore many hats and worked together to get things done,” she recalled. Since then, she’s seen Florence Copper grow from just six employees to more than 190.
One of the most rewarding parts of her journey has been watching the project evolve. “It’s been incredible to see the first cathode from the Production Test Facility and now from our commercial operation,” she said.
A lifelong resident of Pinal County, Lorri takes pride in both her work and her community. She raised her children in Florence and values its small-town feel. “Florence is a great place to raise a family. The schools are top-notch, and it’s nice to walk into local restaurants and stores where people know you,” she shared. She also serves on the Florence Copper Community Foundation Board of Directors, supporting local nonprofits and giving back to the community she calls home.
Florence Copper congratulates Lorri on this milestone and thanks her for 15 years of dedication and contributions.
