Foundation Grant Application

Please provide as much information as you can to help our Board of Directors make an informed decision. Incomplete applications or applications missing required documentation, including your Form 990 and IRS Letter of Determination, will not be considered.

Applications are reviewed quarterly, with submission deadlines as follows:

  • Quarter 1 – January 19
  • Quarter 2 – April 13
  • Quarter 3 – July 27
  • Quarter 4 – October 26
Applicants should note that grant award decisions will not be communicated until several weeks after the applicable quarterly deadline. If your organization requires funding feedback or a decision sooner than this timeframe, the request may not be a good fit for the regular grant cycle.

Emergency grant requests are reserved for urgent or unexpected needs that arise outside of the regular grant cycle and should not be used to expedite routine funding requests.

Please note: If your organization received a grant in the most recent quarter, your application may be deferred to a future quarter for consideration.
