About
Florence Copper’s commitment to responsible mineral development includes supporting the communities in closest proximity to our project. The Florence Copper Community Foundation was created to provide resources to initiatives that will effectively address community needs, particularly those with long-term sustainability.
The Foundation encourages the partnering of non-government organizations, nonprofit foundations, and other community and educational institutions in joint community development initiatives.
How To Apply
Funding from the Florence Copper Community Foundation is awarded on a quarterly basis to a range of nonprofit community and civic organizations, educational institutions, and faith-based organizations through a grant process.
Proposals are evaluated and grants are awarded by the Florence Copper Community Foundation Board of Directors. The Board comprises community representatives and Florence Copper employees. All grants are paid by the Foundation.
