The Florence Copper Community Foundation (“the Foundation”) is proud to award a $2,500 grant to the Casa Grande Alliance in support of its Parenting Program, which provides evidence-based education through the Triple P (Positive Parenting Program).

This program equips parents with practical tools to navigate everyday challenges, manage behavior in healthy ways, and strengthen relationships at home. In a community where rising costs and limited access to resources can create additional stress for families, this kind of support can make a meaningful difference.

The Foundation’s grant specifically helps provide participant incentives, which is an important factor in keeping parents engaged, completing the program, and applying what they learn in real-life situations. That continued engagement is what turns parenting education into lasting family change.

Greta Edwards, the Executive Director of Casa Grande Alliance, shared, “This support from the Florence Copper Community Foundation allows the Casa Grande Alliance to continue strengthening families through prevention, education, and wraparound support. By investing in resilient  families, we are building a healthier and more connected community for generations to come.”

The Florence Copper Community Foundation is honored to support organizations working directly with families to build stability, resilience, and long-term well-being across our communities.
